MDF, established by Psy. Amol Kulkarni in the year 2000, we promotes holistic well-being through psychology and physical health services. We offer programs like counseling, psychotherapy, and testing, along with customized activities for social, educational, and industrial organizations.

Who we are

MDF [Manovedh Development Foundation] is dedicated to fostering mental and physical well-being. Our team of experienced and compassionate counselors offers a variety of services, including individual counseling, psychotherapy, and psychological testing.

We take a holistic approach, understanding that a healthy mind thrives in a healthy body. We believe in empowering individuals with the tools and resources they need to navigate life’s challenges and cultivate a sense of peace and fulfillment.

1 Escape Test (Grade 5- 10th)  Test that helps to identify more than 20 personality aspects and challenges of a student.
2 Friends with Exam Workshop (Grade 5-10th) A workshop that develops 12 different study skills intensively, three effective study methods, teaches healthy study habits, goal setting, motivation, easy ways of handling difficult subjects , art of writing exam papers.
3 Friends with Exams Exhibition This is portable exhibition on study skills and exam related topics.
4 Happy Teens Two days’ workshop designed for teenagers
5 Vocational, Career, Aptitude & Interest Test Standardized scientific psychometric tests that helps to identify capabilities of a student and proves as a bench mark to choose right career.
6 Yuva Spandan (Grade 8th onwards) A life skill based 3 days’ workshop which helps in self-awareness and improves self-esteem that leads to set goals n achieve it confidently.
7 Effective parenting workshop Workshop based on practical way to learn Fundamental principles of today’s most challenging Modern parenting.
8 Masti Ki Pathshala 1st to 5th grade students Camp and edutainment fair. A school of life skills, Activity and experiential learning-based workshop based on different and most important six types of development of kids.
9 Bollywood & stress management Very innovative and effective method to learn stress management. and to increase coping skills and to enhance personality
10 Training program for teachers & professors Along with learning modern study method this workshop teaches how to deal with modern students and their psychology, also helps in managing stress issues of teaching staff.
11 Shodh Sukhacha A series of lectures / workshops on mental health
12 How fit are you? Around 20 aspects of fitness which are usually not measured and monitored but are tremendously significant as a mirror to one’s fitness status.
